Scott was very helpful and negotiated a better rate for me. The only improvements you could make are as follows: 1) Better attention to detail on customer’s budgeted amounts up front. Customers like myself have saved for years to get to this point and know exactly how much we want to pay out of pocket for all closing costs and down payment. We had to go back and forth many times to get this right on our loan as the down payment and amount of loan was wrong numerous times on the quotes. 2) After you send the final estimate, personally call the customer and walk them through the estimate line by line. I have an MBA in finance and have bought and sold homes in the past but not everyone has and this stuff gets confusing. This would also increase confidence in your company/service prior to going to the closing table. Especially since we never actually got to meet in person. Thanks!
