Good communication initially with Brian, it was actually the second time we worked with him. We have always found him knowledgeable and would give us prompt responses and call backs. Carl was great when he was assigned to us. He was on top of things as well along with quick responses from Apryl. We felt like they were very knowledgeable and thorough. As far as the company we were very concerned with employee turnover and had a long period of time when we did not hear from anyone and had no one to contact. Each time a new person took over our file they would ask for our same paperwork we submitted to the previous person, that was tedious and annoying to complete.
