I am an experienced mortgage leader and have been in the business since 2003. I have a collaborative management style and I focus on helping people win, both personally and professionally. My goal is to inspire my team members by supporting their individual needs and motivating them to strive for growth and success in their career path. Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with my wife, Lori, and two boys Blake and Bennett. I also like to play a little golf from time to time!

At the beginning of March 2021, I started my new role as the Regional Vice President of Caliber Home Loans, Seattle East Region. I spent my first 2 years at Caliber as an Area & Regional Manager supporting the Kirkland and Northwest Regions. I have been a Loan Officer, Producing Branch Manager, Non-Producing Branch Manager, Area Manager & Regional Manager.
