Working with Caliber as a first time home buyer was extremely easy. I worked with Kyle Gilbert and he made the process stress free and communicated everything very well which made my life very easy. Caliber is also the reason I was able to proceed with the purchase of my home since it was under construction at the time of pre-qualification. Because of the year rate lock they offer which my previous lender couldn't do, I was able to lock in at a very reasonable rate and avoid the rising interest rates which would have definitely prevented me from closing when the home was completed. However, thanks to their services and expertise I was able to close without any issues.
