When I left of the military in 1993 I saw a need for honest, shoot-from-the hip- mortgage professionals here in Colorado Springs. At first I didn’t know exactly how I would fit in, but I set my sights on helping folks understand the loan process. I educated myself on the mortgage industry and found my career as a mortgage consultant. I’ve only had two jobs in my life, military and mortgage lending. I was in the military for 10 years and was a military spouse as well, so I’ve seen deployments from both sides. I’ve eaten the sand in Iraq and know the ups and downs of separations when my husband was deployed. Now, I have 20+ years experience as a mortgage consultant. Every day I do things that enrich the lives of future home owners; this makes me very happy. I don’t need to do it all, I just want to be a loan consultant who treats you with respect, has the knowledge to give you the confidence that you are making the right decision, and guide you to the best options for you to make a sound financial decision. I live by the three rules followed by football legend Lou Holtz: always do what’s right, do everything to the best of my ability, and show folks that I care. These rules have never failed me. I feel my role is to educate you on home ownership from a lending standpoint. I offer an array of loan programs that can be tailored to meet your goals.
