I’ve been a Loan Consultant since 2003, which was a major career move – before then, I owned and operated a local bridal shop for 20 years. During my previous career, missing a wedding date was totally unacceptable, and I brought this attitude with me when I began my lending career. My lending specialties include FHA high-balance and streamline refinances, Conventional loans, 203(k) Rehab loans, and programs for first-time buyers. When working with new borrowers, I ensure they feel confident and comfortable during each stage of the loan process. In addition, I educate them about home financing so they can make informed decisions during one of life’s biggest purchases.
