In addition to purchases, I also handle refinances and reverse mortgages. I began working in lending in 1997 when still in college, processing loans and supporting our sales people. I became a Loan Consultant after graduating from college in 2002. One of the things I like best about my career is helping people plan for their future and achieving their goals. Real estate is one of the biggest investments most people make during their lives, and I am always excited to help my customers make wise choices for their future. As the manager of a client-focused branch, I place great importance on educating our borrowers about the options available to them, based on their financial goals. In doing so, we earn the clients’ trust and respect, creating long-standing relationships. Many new clients come from referrals, which helps us remain in the top 1% of the local lending community.
