I have been a Residential Loan Consultant for the last 17 years and consider my biggest accomplishment to be helping hundreds of people realize their dream of buying a home. It's a great and satisfying feeling to help make this dream become a reality, especially for first-time buyers. I’ve also closed many refinance loans that resulted in borrowers being in a better financial position. The right refinance often enabled them to buy a vacation home or an investment property. I'm glad to speak and/or meet customers in the evenings, after their work day, or on the weekends, if that works best for them. After living in Southern California for many years, I headed north and relocated to Chico in 2005 and have never looked back. I love the area, the community, and the incredible people I have met; those being clients, business partners and new friends. I've been married to my amazing wife for thirty-eight years and have three grown and married children. They have blessed me with two beautiful granddaughters.
