E-delivery of servicing disclosures and statements

Caliber agrees to make certain disclosures and statements that are required by state or federal law available at myaccount.caliberhomeloans.com in lieu of sending these notices by mail. The e-Disclosures may include, but are not be limited to, monthly periodic statements, annual escrow statements, private mortgage insurance disclosures, annual privacy statements, notices related to delinquency and default, loss mitigation notices, and tax and insurance notices. After you establish your online account with Caliber and register for e-Disclosures, Caliber may no longer send you certain disclosures and statements by mail. You will receive a notification e-mail when an e-Disclosure is ready to view online at myaccount.caliberhomeloans.com. You have the right to have your disclosures and statements provided in a non-electronic format. You may revoke your consent to e-Disclosures at any time and begin receiving paper disclosures again. To terminate e-Disclosure delivery, log in to your Caliber account and select “Manage Preference Center” from the My Profile menu option. Select the “No” button next to the Statements and Disclosures option. Then select “Submit”. To obtain a paper copy of any disclosure or statement, you may print it from the website, or you may contact Customer Service at 1-800-401-6587. e-Disclosures are deemed to be sent by Caliber and received by you on the day we send your e-mail notification from Caliber that your e-Disclosure is available for review. You are solely responsible for providing current contact information, including your e-mail address, regarding your account. Unless this information is updated by you, you will be presumed to have received notice that your e-Disclosure is available. You may update your e-mail address and other contact information by logging into your Caliber account and selecting the "Profile" tab, in the drop-down select "Manage Preference Center", input your new e-mail and click Submit. The minimum system requirements for receipt of e-Disclosures are described as follows.

Caliber is not responsible and you agree to hold Caliber harmless from liability arising from service interruptions, loss of connectivity or failure to meet system requirements arising from any failure of computer equipment or other electronic devices that you use in connection receiving electronic notices on your online account. You are responsible for maintaining the minimum system requirements on such devices and equipment. Caliber from time to time may change the minimum system requirements and will notify you via e-mail of any changes.

Account Alerts

By providing your email address and/or cellular number to Caliber Home Loans, Inc., you agree to receive Servicing Account Notifications for your account by email and/or text. Email and text alerts are sent for Security Alerts, optional Alerts, and other communications about your account and account transactions. If your email address or phone number changes, you are responsible for informing us of that change. You may opt-out of Account Notification at any time by logging into your account at myaccount.CaliberHomeLoans.com and editing your preferences.

Cellular Consent

By providing your cell phone number to Caliber Home Loans, Inc., you consent to be contacted via voice call, text message or pre-recorded message by Caliber Home Loans Inc., or its authorized third party, through an automated dialing system regarding your account or special offers at any telephone number, including mobile telephone number provided. You are not required to provide your cell phone number/consent as a condition of utilizing your online account. You may withdraw your consent at any time by logging into your account at myaccount.CaliberHomeLoans.com and editing your preferences.

Forgot Username, Forgot Password or Request for a New Verification Code

By selecting this function within the website or on the mobile app, you are agreeing to receive a one-time email and text message with your username or verification code. Cellular text and /or data charges may be imposed under the terms of the contract with your wireless carrier. Caliber is not responsible for these charges.

  • Once authorized, payments may only be edited or cancelled under limited circumstances. For these requests, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-401-6587.
  • By submitting your payment, you are authorizing Caliber Home Loans, Inc. to initiate, and your financial institution to honor, an electronic payment for the amount specified above from the bank account you listed above.
  • The payment you authorize will be drafted from your checking or savings account on the draft date selected. Please allow two to three business days for this payment to be reflected in your Payment History.
