When life hands you lemons, use them to clean your faucets! Cut a lemon in half and sprinkle it with sea salt, use it to rub off water stains and rust from your kitchen or bathroom faucets and watch them gleam. Lemon juice can also be used to remove greasy stains from Tupperware and cutting boards.

Clean and fresh
Use baking soda mixed with a small amount of dish soap and hot water to clean the inside of your fridge, stovetops, cabinets, kitchen and bathroom sinks. Baking soda is also great for deodorizing. Sprinkle a little bit of baking soda on your carpet, mattress, pet beds and garbage cans to keep them smelling fresh.

Not just for cooking
White vinegar is a great natural solution for cleaning almost anything in your home. Fill an empty spray bottle with a ratio of two parts vinegar to one part water and add in a few drops of dish soap. Use it to clean your windows, shower heads, toilet bowls and much more.
