IRVING, TX – Caliber Home Loans, Inc. ("Caliber"), a full-service national mortgage lender and agency direct seller/servicer, today announced that Mike Homberg and Scott Berngartt have joined the Company as Branch Manager and Sales Manager, respectively, effective May 2015. Caliber also announced that it has relocated its Columbia, Maryland office to a larger facility.

Homberg and Berngartt are industry veterans with more than 38 years of collective experience in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C. and several other regions. Currently licensed in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., Homberg and Berngartt will serve the Washington Metropolitan area.
